Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end.
They simply mean we'll miss you, until we meet again.

June 28, 2011, at 6pm the entire senior class
paired up in twos and waited on line outside the hangar. The road was blocked,
no sign of cars anywhere except the mini carts stands selling flowers, stuffed bears, balloons and
other necessity for graduation. Parents, relatives, siblings, instructors were
escorted by the student government to their seats.
Not too long after everyone got seated, the first
pair graduates began walking down the isle in an orderly fashion way like a
couple during a wedding except having contact with each other. After the final
pair of graduates stood-by their seats, it was completely dark outside, no
lamp-post lights, no car lights, nothing but lights from inside the hangar. Our
graduation induction was presented by no other than the best Color Guard Drill
Team (CGDT) along with our Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). Drums
sounding off, rifles spinning into the air, and sabers swing around instructing
the rest of the corps. Finally, the moment we have all been waiting for,
graduation speeches from our valedictorian and salutatorian as well as our
principal and selected instructors. Right after the final words from our head
of the aviation department, hundreds of paper planes were folded with our
graduation oath and thrown into the air from one side of the hangar to the
other creating a unforgettable moment. Everything ended around 12 midnight.
